On Friday, January 30th, we will be playing Delphos Jefferson, and both PPAs are collaborating to host a Mental Health Game.
They are asking students to participate in this event by purchasing and wearing the Mental Health t-shirt in the student section. The game theme is already purple/teal out, so the shirts will fit perfectly with the theme.
There will also be a bake sale, ball throwing, and other fun activities throughout the night to help promote awareness and support mental health initiatives.
We hope to see everyone there and participating in this great cause!

Dr. Ariel Williams (McDuffie) ’11 was yesterday's keynote speaker at the 31st Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Breakfast sponsored by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
Dr. Williams delivered a powerful message centered on advocacy, presence, and mentorship—reminding us that meaningful change begins when we show up for others, use our voices for good, and intentionally guide the next generation. Her words challenged and inspired all in attendance to live out Dr. King’s legacy through action, leadership, and service.
We are proud of Dr. Williams and grateful for the example she continues to set as an LCC alumna making a difference in the world. 💙✝️
