Thank you for our greatest One Day of Giving to date! We raised $231,040 and had 100% participation from LCC graduating classes! Thank you to the 500 donors across 25 states and our matching donors who made this momentous day possible!
Congratulations to......The Class of 1988! It's official, you've claimed the title of Greatest Class for One Day of Giving 2023 for the second year in a row!! The battle was a close one, check out the top five classes! Look for an upcoming post with our grand total!
Congratulations to these bright mathematicians! In the first Catholic Math League contest of the year, Mya Raczynski placed first, Alexa Heffner came in a close second, and right behind her was Caitlyn Purvenas! Way to go Lady Thunderbirds!!!
The international students were able to go to Cuyahoga National Park this weekend. They visited Brandywine Falls, a marsh and did some apple picking to enjoy the beautiful fall weather.

Students in Spanish put together the Altar del dĂa de los muertos. This year it was dedicated to Vicki Moening. Some of the things included were Vicki's LCC pullover, her devotion book and rosary, banana bread (Vicki's recipe) and an LCC blanket.

Teen Leadership class traveled to Norwalk High School to participate in the Annual Teen Leadership Corps. Conference. They met student leaders from nearly thirty other schools in Ohio who are also engaged in all sorts of service to their communities and schools. Our LCC Teen Leadership students were proud to share all the hard work they've put into providing service opportunities for the rest of the LCC student body. They were also able to talk about their own experiences of helping gradeschoolers and senior citizens in the Lima community, as well as learn about what students in other schools are doing. They are now excited to discuss all the new ideas they learned about and tackle their next big project.
