This is my seventh year as Director of Bands for the Lima Catholic Schools, and I am truly honored to be a part of such a great community! My duties as band director include: Grades 5-8 Band at St. Charles, St. Rose, and St. Gerard Catholic Schools, as well as Concert Band, Marching Band, Pep Band, and Jazz Band at Lima Central Catholic High School.

This is only my 10th year as a resident of Ohio. I grew up and completed my schooling near Green Bay, Wisconsin. I attended St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin to earn my Bachelor of Music Education Degree. After graduation I moved to Ohio to pursue a double Master's degree in Music Education and Music Performance. I graduated with the Master of Music Performance Degree in August, 2006, and my Master of Music Education degree in August, 2007. Prior to joining the Lima Catholic Community, I taught K-8 General Music and 5-8 Band at St. Joseph Elementary in Maumee and St. Charles Elementary in Toledo, Ohio.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I still maintain an active performing career as a Performing Artist for Willson/DEG Instruments, and as a member of the professional Tuba-Euphonium quartet, JUNCTION. During my 5 years with the group, I have had the opportunity to travel to Austria, Switzerland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, South Carolina, Indiana, Illinois, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin. I also enjoy performing with the Lima Area Concert Band.

I have enjoyed working with such a great group of students, faculty, staff, and parents, and I am looking forward to future years with the Lima Catholic Schools!
