Hello and welcome to my web page. I am one of two instructors for technology classes here at Lima Central Catholic High School. As for myself, after graduating from Miami Trace High School, I worked in the private sector for 14 years, raised a family and commuted to various colleges. During this time I earned an Associate of Arts degree from Ohio State as well as a Bachelors of Education degree in Social Studies and Masters in Classroom Technology degree from Bowling Green State University.
The last ten years I have had a wide variety of teaching experiences. I have taught students from grades 5-12 in a regular school setting, grades 7-12 in alternative schools, college students, displaced workers at Job and Family services and senior citizens who have never used a computer before in their life.
Living in Wapakoneta I am raising two trouble-making boys, (Alec and Wesley) married to a wonderful woman, (Linda) and am an active member of the First United Methodist Church. I have coached baseball, basket ball, football and softball and an avid movie buff. I design web sites for local business’ and community organizations and I am involved in my church’s middle school youth group, a projectionist (movie builder) at the Wapa Theatre and a die-hard fan of the Cincinnati Bengals. (Somebody has to do it
The computer classes we teach at Lima Central Catholic are designed for the college bound student. We integrate professional classroom materials with instructor experience to produce the most challenging, insightful and meaningful curricula. Each assignment is designed to improve the student’s ability to create college level papers, presentations, graphic media, professional web sites and animation. I feel privileged to be given this opportunity and would welcome any comments or concerns that you would like to make.
Thank you for your trust.
