Meeting Minutes – Tuesday, March 15, 2011

 

Members Present: Debbie Armstrong, Marianne Bradshaw, Dean Brinkman, Doris Broughton, Sharon Frankart, Sheryl Huffman, Donna Judy, Martha Kahle, Richard Mitterholzer, John Pajka, Tom & Nancy Recker, Jeanna Stallkamp, Tami Stanford, Danette Swick, Melissa Tabler, and Frank & Jan Terry.

 

I.  Call to Order and Welcome – Marianne Bradshaw called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm.

 

II. Introduction of Principal, Richard Mitterholzer and Dean of Academics, Dean Brinkman. Guidance representative, Stephanie Williams, was not present due to a family funeral.

 

III.  Question and answer was an informal format.  Questions included review of visiting grade schools, class scheduling, college related timelines/keeping your child on track, freshman orientation, review/differences of  college on campus classes, ap classes, honors classes, ap testing, accomodation plans, and other items.

 

IV.  Adjournment – Meeting adjourned at 8:28 p.m.
