Meeting Minutes – January 12, 2011- Officers Only

 

Members Present: Marianne Bradshaw, Sheryl Huffman, Martha Kahle, Danette Swick.

 

I.  Call to Order - called the meeting to order at 12:40 p.m.

 

II.  Minutes - not reviewed. Will approve at next meeting.

 

III.  Treasurer’s Report – Martha Kahle reported total income $11,332.15, total expenses $10,520.78, and anticipated expenses balance of $7,650 throughout end of year.

 

IV.  Committee Reports

            A.  Teacher Allocation Requests

                        1.  Kelly Biese - software for music classes w/ ongoing subscription; $251- Marianne to                             check on subscription that might be annual prior to approval - pending.

                        2.  Dave Rufener - where is his request for alkaline measuring device? Danette to followup on - pending more info.

                        3.  Trudy Thompson - TI-89 calculator - $143.82; and math software 3 items $150 total;                                              items were approved.

            B.  Fundraising –

                        1.  Pangles - LCC grad - 15% donated to LCC of proceeds - voted to decline.

            C.  Catholic Schools Week

                        1.  Sheryl to take care of teacher luncheon.  Caterer order placed with Ann Ross for                                  basil lemon chicken, cheese mushroom tortellini. Scheduled for Thursday,  February, 3, 2011. Volunteers will be recruited. If inclement weather, back up date is Friday, February 4, 2011.

            D. ACT class - 1st class open to non-LCC students; should work out; teachers were found

                        Deb Shenk - science, Tricia May - english, and Greg Byrum - math

 

V.  Old Business - none.
