TUITION AND FEES INFORMATION

TUITION RATES:  

One Student                $5475

Two Students              $9950 

Multi-student discount available call office for more information

A parish subsidy is available to those who qualify which can reduce the cost of tuition.  Depending on the parish tuition may be reduced $700 or $800 per student. Parish subsidy is provided at the discretion of the parish’s pastor.

   

In addition the following student fees and refundable fundraising deposit will be assessed to each student:

            Registration                              By May 13th                 $125.00                      

 

            Student Service Fee                  By September 16th       $175.00

             

            Graduation                               By January 6th              $125.00

 

Refundable Fundraising Deposit          By July 1st                    $500.00   

                    

***Student Tuition Assistance Program is available for all who have demonstrated a financial need.  PSAS Student Aid Forms need to be filled out and mailed to the Private School Service by   April 15, 2011 in order qualify for Financial Aid. Forms are available in LCC Business or Administration Office.

 

1.  All tuition is due by July 1, 2011—either by Cash, Credit Card (3% convenience fee) or Loan from FACTS or Union Bank (Fundraising Deposit may be included in loan).

 

2.  Forms needed to apply for FACTS or Union Bank, which are our lending institutions, are available in the LCC Business or Administration offices.

 

3.  All student accounts must be kept current.

 

4.  Any family that incurs unexpected financial difficulties during the school year needs to contact the LCC Director of Finance as soon as possible to make special arrangements.

 

$500 REFUNDABLE FUNDRAISING DEPOSIT                        

Each student must participate in fundraisers each school year.  In order to make it fair for all the students, there will be a $500.00 refundable fundraising deposit.  For each dollar turned in during a fundraiser, parents will receive that dollar back up to $500.00.  Rollovers will be applied to the next school year’s fundraiser unless the student is graduating.  Refunds or credits will be issued at the end of the last fundraiser.
